How We Met

We met through mutual friends, and let's just say our first impression wasn't exactly love at first sight. Megan thought Robert was, well, not her kind of person. After a poorly timed joke and a clumsy handshake, she had him pegged as "the guy to avoid at parties."

The Turning Point

It took months of awkward group outings and more than a few side-eyes from Megan before fate stepped in on July 4th. Under the glow of fireworks, Robert finally cleared up the infamous miscommunication (which remains top secret). Suddenly, he was funny, kind, and pretty charming. By the time the last firework fizzled out, we were inseparable.

A New Chapter

After dating for a few months, Robert moved to Tampa in August 2019 for work. Megan initially said she was fine with the distance, but by April 2020, she packed up and joined him. Call it love, or perhaps a mutual hatred of winter weather, but she followed him south.

Our First Home

By January 2022, we crossed another milestone—buying our first home together. With a shared key and a shared vision, we've started to dream bigger.

Our Dream

Our plans for the future? Picture a farm filled with all sorts of animals, from playful dogs to donkeys with names like Daisy and Dave, a vegetable garden big enough to feed half the neighborhood, and a cozy homestead where friends and family are always welcome. We also plan to travel the world, gathering inspiration for our homestead paradise back in Tampa.

Together, we're writing a love story full of laughter, a touch of country living, and the occasional sarcastic remark. Here's to big dreams, barnyard animals, and a lifetime together!
